Norman Hsu Transferred to County Custody, Federal Charges to be Dropped

Today at around 6:30 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time, following his discharge from St. Mary's Hospital, Norman Hsu was transferred into the custody of the Mesa County Sheriff's Department. He will be held at the Mesa County Detention Facility while awaiting extradition to California.

Federal unlawful flight to avoid prosecution charges against Mr. Hsu are expected to be dropped tomorrow in San Francisco district court.
